Economics: The Main Way Companies Gain Success

Note: The following article was written by Aayan Ramzan Y10

The main way people gain success in business is by making their own products, and they promote their products using some apps, for example: YouTube, Google, WhatsApp, Twitter, Twitch, Facebook, and many more. The main reason people get popular is by creating products that people want and need, not something that someone will buy and throw away after one use.

The main reasons why some companies do not go big are due to a lack of demand, a lack of staff, and payment issues, as some companies will not pay their staff while absent or away from the office during working hours. The main concerns are that some companies do not have good working hours to fit people's needs and demands.

The biggest companies, e.g. Apple, Microsoft, Google, and many others, become successful because they can meet demands and needs within the set timings, and they pay their staff when they are absent or away from the office. Some employees have good CVs, good applications, and great references from their different employers or from their work experience.

Some companies have great management, supervisors, training staff, and much more. It isn't a big effect on some people or companies, and the main part is that they can provide the most effective training so that they are well-prepared and trained to handle any role or job thrown at them, e.g. forms, computers, and much more.

The main reason that success is key is due to people having the current knowledge and experience of the job, as employers do not want to hire someone who is not experienced or skilled enough to be fit for the role. Employers are looking to hire people with experience and great knowledge of teamwork, communication, and how to treat staff respectfully.

Conclusion

I conclude that businesses gain success by hiring people with experience and profound knowledge of working in a company that is looking to go big. Some employers want advanced people on board so they will not be slowed down and can meet demand.
